DentalPlans.com promises the following to all of our Consumers and Members: To offer a selection of quality discount dental plans to choose from, which include cosmetic dental procedures, dental implant cost, and "root canal procedure".
To assist each and every consumer seeking to purchase discount dental plans by explaining the plan in detail and enrolling them in a prompt manner.
That the fee schedule of the discount dental plan you have selected will be honored by at least one participating general dentistry provider, in the vicinity of where you live or work, through Dentemax partners as an example. Vicinity is defined as within a 25-mile radius in metropolitan areas and within a 50-mile radius in rural areas
To allow you the opportunity to switch to another discount dental plan, once, during your annual membership, at no additional processing charge (Upgrade fees may apply), if:
The fee schedule of the plan you have selected is not honored by at least one participating provider, in the vicinity of where you live or work, OR
You find another plan that better serves your dental health care needs
